Refund Policy

Race Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deferments can be made for active duty military deployments, women becoming pregnant after registration and new child additions (birth or adoption by runner or partner) with appropriate notice. 

Cancellation Policy

The race director reserves the right to postpone, delay, shorten or cancel the event due to unforeseeable circumstances that put the participants or volunteers as risk such as severe weather, forest fires, etc. There will be no refunds in the event of race modification or cancellation.

Distance Changes

Space permitting, registered runners may switch distances until one week before race day. That can be done on UltraSignup. Runners that want to switch from the 22k to the 50k must meet previous running requirements. Please register for the distance you intend to run. Finish times will not be given to those participants that register for the 50K and drop at Herman Gulch (the 22K finish)
